AC Reformas partnered with Sunlight Retreats, a company specializing in luxury vacation rentals, to renovate and expand a property located on the northwestern coast of Spain. Moreover, this project combined elements of Interior and Exterior Renovations with Custom Pools and Spas, creating a modern and functional vacation home tailored to high-end tourist expectations.

1. Complete Interior Renovation

• Installation of high-quality laminate flooring for a modern aesthetic. Additionally, the spaces were reconfigured to include two fully equipped bathrooms.
• Freshly painted walls in neutral tones created a bright and inviting ambiance. As a result, the interior now feels both modern and welcoming.

2. Custom Pools and Spas

• Landscaping the garden to include a stylish outdoor jacuzzi. For instance, the jacuzzi area was designed with relaxation and luxury in mind.
